eufy Security Solo IndoorCam C22, 1080p Security Indoor Camera, Plug-in Camera with Wi-Fi, Human and Pet AI, Voice Assistant Compatibility, Night Vision, Two-Way Audio, Homebase not Compatible

This is a great camera. I have nothing bad to say about it. It does what it supposed to do perfectly. It has a great picture and it has great sound. The night vision has a decent range probably around 20 feet, and the motion detection is very delicate and can be set not so delicate. It can also be set to not detect people or not detect pets or only detect pets or only detect people, or only babies crying, lots of configuration options.The app is easy to understand and works great.

The setup of the camera was super easy and the app is very easy to use. There are a bunch of features you can use such as schedules, geofencing, home and away modes. There is motion capture snapshots you can review and save on local storage if you opt to use an sd card. You can also add family to the camera permissions, in our case I added my wife to family so she can access the camera if she needs to.The video quality is great for indoor use during day or night time. The two way mic is also funny to use lol.

Pro: Great value (can store content locally, no need to pay monthly cloud storage subscription fee); picture quality pretty good; motion detection better than expected;ability to define detection zones to avoid false detections.Con: Night vision is only OK. Camera will switch between night vision and day vision when it's dark. I have this in the garage, and at night I wish it would just stay in night vision mode. I have to manually flip it from day to night vision for it to stay in night vision for a while. But it always flips back to day vision after a point. Must be a software bug..Overall I'm pleased. It only cost $30 and bought it to use with Amazon Key garage delivery.. works great for monitoring deliveries by Amazon into my garage, and I like the convenience & safety of having my packages placed in the garage, instead of on the porch, out in the open, where any random person or cat could steal my parcel.

These are, IMO, the best value in indoor cameras. Easy to setup, optional cloud storage, secure, and the Eufy app is great. Motion detection is very prompt as well and will alert you to movement if you wish. I have them at our primary home and a vacation house, they work flawlessly.

Great clear out of video and audio. There’s a bit of a lag but nothing too drastic. Perfect for a cheapy like me that doesn’t want to pay for the software. Give notifications, can change settings, alarm is LOUD but speaker to speak through isn’t as loud. Great for checking on my dog or that no sneaky housemates walk into our space.

I bought it for my apt. To check who comes in and out of my apt. Sometimes we have inspections or exterminator or have a work order to fix something in the apt and now I can see who comes in and out when I'm not there. Someone said you can't see thru glass, I put it on my window to see parking lot and it works perfectly. I have one in the living room and another in my bedroom. Easy set up and you can't beat the price. I love them. Haven't tried night vision. I only put them on when I go out.

Great video, you can set it for motion detection, sound detection, person, pet, or all motion. Night vision is excellent. I have it mounted on my enclosed back porch, and with sound detection on, when I open the door it starts recording. It has loop recording. Or continuous recording. If you have 128G microSD card in you get 12 days of recording. Video quality is 1080P.

So much better than a baby monitor and cheaper! The app for this is great, and it’s free to use. Insert the ss card and you can store motion events. It meshed with my doorbell camera and other indoor camera. I only have the eufy brand installed in my house, and I’m very pleased with the quality of their products. I will purchase again in the future should I decide to add on more cameras in and around my home.

What I like easy setup HomeKit compatible secure video once you have iCloud +Also allow you to store capture images on your own micro SD card with text and image notification there is nothing to complain about work as advertised images are crystal clear.

Awesome camera, works great and a more than reasonable price

Great little camera, I’m sold out on Euphy as their products have been great so far. I use both this and a 2K for interior security of my shop. Pleased with results and quality. Sound is great as well, both ways.

Picture quality is very good . I bought this camera to check on pets while at work. I can only see the video if I log on to the eufy security with my desk top computer at work. I can not load the camera on my phone which is disappointing. Overall it works well . Would make a great baby monitor.

I’m sending this back today. I bought a 2 set of camera for the same price. This camera claims it’s pan and tilt, it’s not. It claims it will work with HomeKit but it didn’t set up for me no matter what I did. That said, if you manage to get HomeKit to work, all extra camera functions will not work. HomeKit will only give you the feed. No notifications, no pet sensors, nothing. This is apples settings though so keep in mind that eufy security app and camera does everything it claims. Just no pan and tile on the unit.Update: I ended up keeping this camera after the pair I bought from another company had a few issues. I still hold strong what I said about HomeKit but learning more about this, eufy themselves have all the stuff you need in their app. If you go with just this 1080p camera, HomeKit doesn’t work. I’d like in the future to get the 2k one and have the ability to connect it to HomeKit as I thought this one was able to. And eufy/anker, if your reading this, put something in the description that says the 1080p doesn’t have HomeKit so when someone else buys this they won’t be disappointed like I was.I am giving this full stars because eufy has fixed some issues I was having and customer service goes a long way. Now I just have to save up and buy the version I wanted from the start.
