wow
Amazed something so small can have such a dramatic effect - within hours felt the difference ( after being told for years nothing can be done) so I've ordered another set!

They do the trick
These are helping with the pain from tendonitis on the outside of my foot. Have just ordered second lot but they seem a little expensive but they work, that is the main thing. Update: they do wear down but the price has more than doubled and not worth the cost they are now. I first baught these back in March 22 for £20 now they are £43 and not what I would pay. Completely over priced

Quality and useful
Great quality. Comes in separate pairs packaging. You can use for different shoes. They really help to ease pain of walking with pronation or supination. Easy to put in the shoes and they stay on even after hours of walking or standing.

so far these are great!
I placed these in my Toms flats (sorry for the dirty shoe). Anyway, I placed them in 2 different pair of my Toms flats and wore to work for two days I’ve had practically no ankle pain. My only concern is whether they will hold up or not. The adhesive seems to hold well, they are comfortable but as expected feel a bit foreign in the shoe. I’ll try to post an update after trying them for 10-20 days. But for now, I have ordered another set and I am extremely happy.

A typical online shopping trick for an useless product!
If you think my review subject line sounds too harsh, well, take some time to read what I am going to say next. This is truly a very typical online shopping trick for a totally useless product! The selling AD makes it sound very nice, you would love its design concept as well as its function. You would think it must be a very special hi-tech foam to provide the supports you seriously need. So you would be very happy to pay the high price, as a podiatry specialist would charge hundreds for the product with the same function. So, you bought it. Then you received the product soon after. The product feels nice to touch, looks like very good quality stuff, UNTILL you try them on. 60 kg of body weight will squash them down to nothing! Well, when you take off your shoes, the foam material would bounch back, looks like they never went flat on you. So the trick is to ONLY makes you feel good phyclogically, but function wise, you actually get no support for your x or o shaped legs!I bought this for a family member who needs this pads for correction purpose. As you will have to use them to find out this. So now they are used, therefore I can't return them.Hopefully this review will be published to help many others not to waste your money. It is certainly not cheap at all.

TWO types of inserts advertised
I have purchased these multiple times and want to point out that there are TWO very different styles. One 3-pack shaped more like an l” or “1” includes a transparent gel and two suede-like pairs (beige and black). They are thinner than the other style. The other style is thicker and larger, shaped like a curve, as well as has raised dots. Some may like the mini-massage these may provide, but others of us (myself included) find it feels likes pebbles under our heels. Not comfortable for my plantar fasciitis! The thinner pairs are great for me, except I don’t like the transparent pair. I personally find my heel tends to slip on these, and my foot gets sweaty in summer sandals. So I’m saying I very much like the 3-pack, but only the two suede pairs. I don’t use the transparent ones unless I can put under a separate insole, so that my heel isn’t in contact with the gel transparent/slippery pair. For my supination, the inserts work great. I have them in ALL my shoes, boots and indoor slippers. No more twisting my ankle (happened about twice a week!), and no more uneven wear on the outside of the soles. I assume they’d work similarly for pronation.
