I needed to get some vitamins with iron included having had a bad reaction to prescription iron. These seemed to fit the bill, and I can safely say that they are extremely effective in giving you a boost. After 2 days I felt way better and had a ton of energy. I feel more energetic and overall healthy since i started taking these. The pills are quite large to be fair but it's manageable.

These tablets are very difficult to swallow, you need to break them in half to stand a chance of success, I will probably go back to my other product.
