found some sand particles. We just dilute this in water and drink it so we discard the water in the bottom of the glass. I’m not sure if you can add these to your food as some crystals contain sand particles.

Tastes good. Little pricey but will buy again.
Good quality salt. Like the taste. I use it like normal salt. Seems to have lass saltiness. Need to crush it when necessary. Some times need to clean the debris and a little pricey but it is worth it. I have started using it regularly. Not sure how it will help my health, just yet.
