This is, by far, the best sauerkraut we have ever tried. Its fresh, crisp, delicate and sophisticated flavor and aroma belie its propounded health benefits. And yes, it is much better than our home made efforts! We highly recommend it!

Big jars of healthy and tasty foods. I have tied 4 of them, all great! Packed well and shipped fast. My husband started eating them when he found the fermented cabbage tastes exactly like sauerkraut - but without salt! Dr. Has me on fermented foods for health.

no flavor - so disappointed
UPDATE: thanks so much to the seller for refunding my money, truly guaranteed satisfaction as their ad says.this was SO blah. no zing, no "sour", no zest. barely any ginger flavor. borders on the too-gross-to-eat. can't return it so will eat it because with added cost of shipping it is way too expensive to throw away. going to have to learn to make my own i think. it can't be any worse then this.

Too bad I have to order it by mail. One of the two jars leaked all over the place. Wondered where the smell was coming from. Get an engineer! The purple one survived and is magnificent. Will try again sometime.

Delicious!
This sauerkraut is addictive! I could have easily eaten much more than is recommended. I have to hold back! There is no comparison between this sauerkraut and what comes in the bottles and jars in the grocery stores.
