This is a lovely mat, I've used it for pilates and yoga classes and found it very comfortable. There is little to no odour from it and pleasant to use in relaxing poses where your face is on the mat. The mat stays put on the polished floor during more active moves. I use pilates socks and experience hardly any slippage. It rolls up and unroll really easy and excellent for exercising on. The thickness is perfect and absorbs the impact, reducing the strain on your joints and making your workout more comfortable.

This mat and bag set is superb! No odour from the mat, thick and soft enough to protect my joints (I have arthritis), lightweight hence easy to carry, long enough for my pilates/yoga classes (I'm 5' 8"!) and the carry bag is a bonus as it's waterproof and large enough for the mat, knee pads, towel, and a pocket large enough for my phone and water. I only received yesterday so only used once today so can't judge longevity but am really impressed so far!

Used for first time yesterday,for yoga very comfortable and non slip,which was great as we were outdoors,carrying handle was a great asset,would recommend.

I wanted a mat for my new years resolution pilates class. This one looked good and was a good price. Now used it several times and I am very happy with it. It's a bit softer than some I have seen but that's great for me. Also its non slip both for you and on the floor. The only strange thing is that some colours are more expensive than others. The blue was a better price !!

My order arrived a day early, just in time for my Pilates class! Much thicker than my previous one so nice and comfortable to lie on. Love the carrying strap. All in all, an excellent mat.

The yoga mat is comfortably thick, however my feet 'sink' into it, making it difficult to go from one posture to the next. It slides on a wooden floor, necessitating it to be re positioned on a regular basis.

Really good Yoga/ exercise mat - good depth of foam, yet large enough for an adult male to exercise on - highly recommended 👍

She said it's nearly perfect, a bit too thin and narrow though, but she's happy with it overall
