   I love the feel of the  smooth glide this eyeliner pencil has. There is no hard eyeliner that needs to be melted with a lighter. This is great at smudging as well so it will make great cat eyes. The color is a metallic black, great color that looks great on everyone, for the office or out at a party at night. This has a long lasting effect as well.
