It does not make it feel like microfleece or anything but it definitely is noticeably softer ...
What it does for me: What it does okay: Softens my beard. It does not make it feel like microfleece or anything but it definitely is noticeably softer when I use it daily and really make sure I rub it thoroughly in What it does well: It gives my beard a nice shine. Usually throughout the day. What it does really well: It kills the itch. What it does really really well: It does not smell bad at all. It is oily but not greasy if that makes any sense. The best application is straight out of shower do not towel dry your beard just get your shirt on (avoid any staining) and rub the oil into your beard. I put small drops on 3 of my fingers then rub my fingers together and then aggressively rub it into my beard and then I shape it with my fingers. The oil will come out onto your fingers if you rub your beard at all but it is not a greasy feeling by any means actually I have noticed in general with use of this product that my hands have not been nearly as dry as they are getting the oiled treatment as well. Tip: If you are using this with a beard wax or shaping creams make sure you apply the oil first and then only apply the wax or cream to areas of your beard that need shaping. The oil needs to be rubbed in to the skin and throughout the beard hairs. Do a basic shaping and then finish with the wax in just small areas that you need the shape. It also helps to rub into areas where you frequently shave to assist in any skin irritation. I shave my neck so I like to rub it into my neck as well after a shave. Overall a great product. Will be buying as long as I have a beard to buy it for.

For under $14 with Prime - You really cant go wrong if you are looking for natural, non comedogenic and non scented beard oil!
I have had facial hair ever since I was a kid and one of the issues I have always had was with hair that wants to do whatever it wants to do. usually the hairs grow straight out or twisted or simply will not lay down. For the last 10 years or so I decided to switch to a style that goes over my chin and to the sides about 6 inches in length but has no moustache. I love the look and so does everyone as its kind of original and you dont see it too much. (The the Avengers and Iron Man came out and Tony Stark has something similar). All of that said, I still have a difficult time keeping even this trimmed facial hair style in shape. So, I decided to start looking for a bead oil or wax, etc, to try and get this under control. My must haves were simple: 1. Could Not clog pores (non comedogenic oils) 2. No scent 3. All natural So I started researching oils and two of the best non comedogenic oils that were out there were Jojoba and Argan Oil. So I started to look for products like that but many of them were scented others had many other ingredients, etc. Nothing fit the bill, until I came across Leven Rose. This product met all three of my requirements and it was priced at a fair price (under $14 with Prime). So I jumped on it and recieved it in the mail today. Now, its only the first day and I certainly dont know if this will work the way I hope it does, but I opened it up and put a small amount in my hand (dime size or smaller) and I rubbed it into my facial hair the way the package recommends to do it. Here is what I noticed right away: 1. Wasn't oily. After putting it on my facial hair and rubbing it in, I noticed that it didn't leave my skin feeling oily or sticky. If anything, after it was absorbed it felt soft and smooth. 2. I was able to use a brush and groom my facial hair down and it actually stayed put! Most if not all of my facial hair stayed where I brushed it and it didn't get or feel oily, sticky or anything. Just really soft and manageable. So far, I am sold. I will update this review as and if my experience changes, but so far I am really liking this product. Awesome!

Good 1st time beard oil. Very light to no scent.
I enjoy using this beard oil, so far. I do not have experience using any other oils at this time, but this one meets my expectations. Pros: 1. I really like that this is unscented. If you really smell it, there is a scent, but it is not strong by any means, nor will you smell it all day. 2. It's a pretty big bottle size for the price and has lasted quite a while. I use it almost daily. Sometimes twice a day. 3. It helps prevent dry beard flakes 4. If used consistently, it helps to prevent itching as much. 5. I do notice a softer beard throughout the day (so does my wife). Cons: 1. Seems like I need to use more than expected (I usually use 7-8 drops and I do not have a long beard by any means). 2. Pretty basic oil (which has been just fine so far). I have enjoyed using this as my 1st beard oil. I will finish this bottle, but I am going to try a different blend next time around to have something else to compare it to. Edit: After now using other brands and recipes of beard oil/balms, I can say that this is still a good introduction to beard oils. I have now used others with more extensive ingredients than just argon and jojoba oil and they do seem to hydrate a bit better as well as help tame my beard. But, they also all include these two ingredients, so they are a good base combination to start off with, for a cheap price. Please let me know if this review is helpful. Thank you.

Fantastic Product With The Essentials in Beard Oils
As someone who truly enjoys both beards and grooming (I'm always trying different grooming products), I can say that this is a high quality product, and very much so worth every dollar. If you're growing a beard, it's very important to keep it healthy. One of those things you can do is use a high quality beard oil. There are tons of beard oils on the market, especially as of recently with the growing trend. This can make it difficult in choosing an oil to start with (I have a couple different ones myself for different occasions). This oil blend is a wonderful place to start as it's a blend of two of the best oils you can use for your hair, and doesn't have anything else in it. This item has no added fragrance to it other than the natural smell of the oils. This oil blend has a slightly sweet, light smell to it. It is not overwhelming and after a few minutes you won't notice it at all. If you're looking for a product that is one of the best currently available, this is it. It will help keep your hair soft and manageable. I am someone with an extremely curly, coarse beard that feels like steel wool if I don't care for it properly, and this product helps keep it soft. Start with this if you're new to beard oils. **For best results (my personal opinion)** 1. Take a shower. Once or twice a week, condition your beard in the shower with coconut oil (if you search "coconut oil" in all departments on Amazon, the top product is what I use). Also, buy a dedicated beard soap that you use once a week only (no need to use it more, a thorough wash with warm water will keep your beard clean and the soap will remove some of the oils that keep the beard healthy). I use one sold by Brooklyn Grooming, although a little pricier it lasts forever especially since you're only using it once a week (lather just a tiny amount in hands and then apply to beard, never lather your beard with the soap bar itself). 2. After shower, towel dry your hair and beard. First, use two drops of this beard oil and apply to your hair (yes, on top of your head) and massage in thoroughly. Beard oil also helps keep your head hair healthy and conditioned, I promise it'll be softer than ever before. After that, use ~3 drops of oil and apply to your beard. Massage in thoroughly, starting at the front and working your way down, and then running your fingers up from behind. After you've applied the oil, it is VERY HELPFUL if you use a natural boar's hair brush. I promise you it will make a difference. First, brush your head hair, and then thoroughly brush your beard. A boar's hair brush will build up oils over time from your hair and beard, and help spread the oils evenly across your hair and beard. It also helps keep your hair clean, so in between use of the beard soap it's not anything to worry about. 3. Do your best not to touch your beard too often throughout the day. Feel free to use a touch up brushing or combing if needed. Enjoy!

It is certainly oil and it is certainly odorless.
Though i dont have an exorbitantly large beard. Im not sure what this actually accomplishes besides making my hair reflective and oily to the touch. I cant say my beard has felt any softer, my skin any more hydrated, or helped in styling. As I have also bought castor oil recently, Im more likely to use that going forward as that has made my hair the softest it has ever been. For the size and price, I dont see buying this again, but I will use the remainder of it and if any improvements or impact is notable, an update here will be made.

Very Nice.
This product will change the way you grow your beard. I have been using this product for one year now, and it has definitely improved my beard-growing experience. I have bought 3 of these in the past one year, so I guess that means they have lasted me about 4 months each. I definitely use this beard oil more often in the earlier stages of my beard-growing, and eventually I need to use it less often. I was probably using it daily in the very beginning, but a few weeks into it I only use it 2 or 3 times per week. In the past year I have been asked about my beard at least a dozen times; it truly does make a HUGE difference. If you put just a small amount, it will give your beard a nice, natural, and healthy shine to it (you can overdo it here and make it look greasy, but if done correctly it looks very nice). This beard oil helps ALOT with itching as well. My biggest problem with my beard usually is I get really bad "beardruff". Whenever I scratch my beard, it looks like a snow globe, which grosses me out and usually makes it unbearable for me to grow my beard out. This product definitely helped with this "beardruff" for approximately 6 to 8 weeks worth of beard. After that time period, my "beardruff" came back again and after doing a ton of research I decided to purchase specific "beard shampoo and beard conditioner". That helped a ton and with the combination of this beard oil, beard shampoo, and beard conditioner my beard feels incredibly soft, non-itchy, and it has ZERO discomfort whatsoever. I have not been keeping track exactly, but I have been growing my beard out for at least 4 months now and these 3 products have made it a very easy, itch-free, and sexy experience. My wife loves my beard. Other people's wives love my beard. And most importantly other men love my beard. TL;DR Get this beard oil if you want to grow your beard; it's absolutely worth the money. If you want to keep growing it out, I suggest finding a very reliable beard shampoo and beard conditioner to complete the beard-growing experience.

It Does What It Says!
I have grown beards since my late teens and I'm 50 years old. When I got tired of shaving, I grew my beard. When I got tired of keeping my beard trimmed I shaved it off. I never had the ZZ Top/Duck Dynasty type of beard. No offense to those who do. My beard was always close to my face. I never used any beard oil before either. Until now. I used to shampoo and condition my beard with whatever I used on my hair. Until now. This is my 5th day of using this product. It took me a couple of tries with the beard oil to find the right amount, which for me is 4 drops. I assume a longer beard will require more product. You really need to experiment with it. The first (read bold, italics, and underline here) time I used it I found a noticeable difference. My beard was softer. As I've used it each day, the softness has increased. It is also really fragrance free. I've used different products over the years that claimed to be fragrance free and I could still smell a fragrance. Not so with this. I really like that. I don't know what jojoba oil or argan oil is or does. I think argan oil is used in some women's beauty products. But I like what those oils do for my beard. I might keep my beard a little longer because of this product. This is one of the few products that I've seen on Amazon with a solid 5 stars. I was skeptical. But, after reading the reviews, I decided just to try it and I'm really glad I did. The only person I have to satisfy is myself and I am totally satisfied. Sometimes I was tired of my own beard's scratchiness over the years. But now I found this product. It does an amazing job of doing what it says. Give it a try. I will be surprised if you are not as happy as I am. UPDATE: One thing I forgot to mention. The product takes about 2 to 3 hours to completely absorb into my beard. My beard does have a slight filmy texture to it from the oils but it is not unpleasant or like any kind of oils I have ever seen before. I have not seen it come off on clothing either. This morning I used 4 drops and it is 2 hours later and my beard great. Just a detail but it would be something I would've like to know. Product is still awesome.

Above Other Products
Leven Rose's Beard Oil and Conditioner has to be my favorite product so far for a few reasons. I have tried several products to help with conditioning and grooming my beard. I have also tried different oils and conditioners in various forms (both alone and combined with beard wax/styling products). First off, fragrance free is a big win for me (and my wife). Some of the other products I tried had overwhelming smells, which after smelling for only part of the day would cause headaches. This oil has zero smell. Even when applying larger amounts than recommended (I use 3-4 drops per application) there is no noticeable smell. This product also does not leave your beard feeling oily and greasy as many others do. I use this in addition to Honest Amish beard wax (my preferred wax). I have noticed that I'm able to use less wax when using this oil. Before I assumed the greasy/oily feeling was coming from whatever wax I was using at the time, but as soon as I switched to this beard oil and conditioner I noticed that wasn't the case. I switched back to my other conditioner(s) for a couple days and sure enough those were the culprits of the greasy/oily feeling. After using several conditioners/oils I noticed that my beard was better than if not using them, obviously. But when I switched to this beard oil I can notice a huge difference in the texture of my beard. It's MUCH softer than when using other oils. I use 3-4 drops each day combined with a small portion of wax. It makes applying the wax easier and if you don't use a leave-in conditioner with your wax you'll notice the wax will dry out your hair. Another advantage of this product is the packaging. Having the ability to better control the amount during an application is important and makes it easier to travel with. Other oils/conditioners are typically given with only bottles and no dropper and you end up using more than intended, and I've even tried conditioners in cans/tins which tend to clump. Overall, A+ on this product for packaging (and speedy shipping), lack of fragrance, and effectiveness. Hopefully you'll find my comparisons helpful. I enjoy trying out different beard oils/conditioners/waxes and my review on this product is in comparison to all others I have tried. NOTE: I HIGHLY recommend only using products that consist of 100% pure and natural ingredients. You can be guaranteed that Leven Rose takes pride in their products being 100% pure and natural.

Nice one, not bad
Good smell and little improvement on beard. Use it regularly to get the result.

Weak and subtle, but beautiful
For the price, I thought it would be a bit more concentrated. Lovely scent. But weak and does not linger that much.
