The weakness is the instruction
I can get over the unexpectedly enormous noodle cakes. There are, I think, six in the box (two per pack). But it should be broken down into 18 noodle cakes. As it is, this is just too much to make in one sitting. Breaking them in half wouldn't really work because it's hard to gauge the right amount for the instructions. It can also get a bit messy that way.The real weakness is in the instructions. It's easy to undercook them, and just as easy to overcook them. Just simplify it and this will be topnotch. The quality of the product speaks for itself, but the experience needs work. Great noodles otherwise.

Very good value, great flavor!
These noodles cook up quickly and hold their shape well. They have great flavor and texture. If you have gluten allergies like I do, they make a great substitute for fettucini type recipes but also soups. Each box has three 12 oz packets with two nests of dry noodles in it so portion sizing is easy and the y store well. When I bought them, they were $14/ box, a great value. They come in several different flavors and also organic.

Fiber contradiction
The information on the box says that this product contains zero fiber. It is marketed as brown rice--which means whole grain rice and by necessity it has to contain fiber. To compound the problem of zero fiber, the box also says that it is a good source of fiber. How can this be? On one side of the box, no fiber. On the other, good source of fiber. This product also uses a slick ad campaign, touting the naturalness of the rice and its health benefits. But the fiber content is the most important consideration--it is precisely the fiber that separates unhealthful white rice, which has been refined, from the healthy, whole grain rice. This issue needs to be resolved, and the manufacturer needs to come clean. Now they are talking out of both sides of their mouth.

Good noodles, good customer service
I buy these all the time. They are perfect noodles. Recently because of world chaos, the shipping company lost my package. I contacted the seller and they fixed it right away. My family has noodles again. Yay.

Best ever
These are the best rice noodles I’ve ever had. I don’t do flour of any kind. The ingredient list on these is great. They remind me of the authentic chow fun noodles I had when I lived outside of San Francisco, and it’s hard to find these locally. Excited to try new recipes!

Perfecr for stir fry lovers
This noodle is great, you should enjoy the dish by your own creation in cooking.I was actually wondering how to cook this type of noodle, but then I realized I love the stir fry for everything, so I guessed I just made it with how I wanted. It was definitely a good choice just because I was so satisfied with my dish which was prepared with soy sauce, oyster, and a little bit sugar. Last but not least, before enjoying my beloved stir-fried noodle, I'd love to put some chili sauce (I used Cholimex) to make my taste more delightful.

The best texture and taste!!!
I discovered these brown rice noodles at Whole Foods Market years ago, and had been buying it ever since. I still haven’t found any noodles with better texture and taste, and very versatile. I use it for all of my Asian noodle dishes: stir fry noodles, pho noodle soups, pad thai. Love!
