Are these masks suitable for a hospital appointment.

I’d say wear an N95 if you could find them. Surgical masks technically protect the people around you from your germs while high filtration respirators(N95 and above) protect you from theirs. In a hospital setting where there are many sick people, you never know if you’re going to run into a jackpot or not. Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t be wearing surgical masks when you’re in public. These do give you some protection because they’re water resistant, but they work best when the people around you are also wearing masks to keep their germs away. So, if you can, get an N95 for your hospital visit but if surgical masks are your only option, then wear these and be very mindful of the 2m distancing. Hope this helps. Stay safe.

I have looked on the box and it is an address in Scotland on it. Theres no mention of them being made elsewhere.

Are these different from 2020’s? They used to be great but the darker blue ones are less comfortable and make glasses steam up more.

Mind are light blue and I been using for over a year I work in supermarket so I been wearing them all the time they are great also I wear glasses and they done not steam up only if I go into the walk in freezer or Outdoors in the cold so I never had dark blue ones
