I actually purchased this because I have an 18 year old 7 lb dog that sleeps on the bed with me. He is very unstable and I was worried he would fall off the bed. I got the extra long so there isn't much of a gap at either end. This rail is very secure. I love the convenience of the drop down side when making the bed daily. It works perfectly for what I purchased it for. Highly recommend.

My son fell out of his big boy bed a few times so I purchased this railing system. Hasn’t fell out of bed since. Good quality, easy to install, folds nicely when you want to lay it down.

This railing is more affordable than the ones that come with the crib, and is even longer so better in my opinion. There is still room for my toddler to climb in and out of bed on her own, but long enough to keep her from falling out. The material is super tight on the frame, which is for safety purposes I assume, but because of the type of material and tightness, it started to rip after just a few weeks os use- so I took off one star for that. It still does its job though and the tear isn’t in the way. I would buy it again.

The rails work really well. We had a little issue putting it together, but we got in touch with the company and they were very nice, and extremely helpful. I would like more companies to have support like this.

Fairly easy to set up. Would definitely help to have a second person to be able to lift the mattress and run the strap under.

Product itself is sturdy, well made and easy to put together. However! The first time I had to change sheets and needed to take the mattress out of the converted crib, it came off. You’d have to loosen the straps, lay the mattress and tighten the straps every time you have to take the mattress out. I don’t have the patience for that

Didn't realize it had to be used on a bed with a box spring under the mattress.. but it's the right size and will use if we ever go on vacations with the kids!

Okay and safe so kid doesn't fall out of bed.

Does the job, stable, My kid’s bed width is 90 so it’s a bit stretched on it

Wasn’t sure what to expect reading all the reviews, but I’m glad it isn’t a complete flop. Only took 20mins and some patience to put it together. The mattress does need to be wedged in to hold it steady, and there’sa little bit of mucking around every time you change the sheets to make sure it’s snug and secure again, but I don’t have any other similar product to compare it to, so I’m fine with this. I do wish they had a variety that was padded as bub has hit her head on it multiple times

I was always so scared my daughter would fall off the bed — this definitely came in handy!! I read some reviews before buying and I’m glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. I’ll speak on what I was looking for in a bed guard.. I was looking for one suitable for a king size bed - worried about the height difference. Turns out it’s perfect! It doesn’t FIT all the way to the other size of the bed but my bed is on slats so the rails fit nicely in between and the weight of the bed kept it firmly in place. DO NOT RECOMMEND for kind beds without slats. Love the fact that I can transfer it to her own bed and it fits just as nicely (twin bed) Great buy and definitely recommend

This is a shockingly high quality product. Absolutely well build and sturdy! Only set back for me was my bed mattress is set down in the bed frame and this rail only works for beds without an inset frame. It would work best for a bed with a boxspring. But I made it work by taking off the two under bed arms and used only the rail. Still works great!
