Will it deteriorate easily?** A: I’ve been using the same one for six months. You have to be careful around badges and emblems because it will tear slightly. But if you keep that in mind the sponge should last for years assuming you clean it properly and store it properly **Q: Is the sponge "safer" on the paint than a microfiber wash mitt?** A: I’m sorry but I can’t answer that. The order was cancelled by the shipper(not in stock) so I never received it.
