Dual Mode Virtual Wall Barrier for iRobot Roomba 6 7 8 9 Series(2 Pack)

I'm using these on I4, I3 and I7. They work well, I got the traditional battery powered style. I got sick of them driving directly to where they get stuck every day. You would think some over paid genius somewhere would write an update dealing with that issue bilut whatever. Anyway they work and work well so I bought more. We run our vacuums daily.

Works just like the ones that came with my other iROBOT. Looks and works like the originals.

I was a bit skeptical at first because the official product cost significantly more, but after using these for a few weeks, I can confidently say that they work great! I'm going to buy another pair. FYI: I have an i3 Roomba and they are compatible.

Out-of-Box-Failure with Roomba 650 : Both devices. LEDs indicate the barriers have power. Switches are in the proper positions. Roomba hesitates crossing the beam. It backs up and then proceeds forward as if no barrier exists. This occurred two to four feet from the device. By contrast, the six year-old barrier from iRobot (pictured on the left) still functions without issue. (At time of this review these were listed to function with the 650: "For iRobot Roomba 600 700 800 900 Series.")

I'm shocked at how small these are....they do work though with my 694.

One of these things is simply not enough for my needs. These 2 are the exact same as the one that I have. So I can confirm: Works with the 690.

Excellent product! I use them to limit the roomba to the living room carpet and have excellent range
