I've been using this with Ionyte for 9 straight days now and I feel amazing. I did my research on it prior to purchasing and thought I'd give it a try since I suffer from constant herniated disc issues. A lot of reviews talked about this and said it made a huge difference with their back pain, so I figured I'd give it a try. During these 9 days, this is the only water I've allowed in my system, so I'm clearly detoxified now. I did get a slight headache the first two days, which they say is normal and I used the rest room a bit more too. However, I've also been able to run again, which I haven't done for such a long time. My gym workouts have been amazing with lot's of energy and power for weight lifting. I also have a bit of arthritis, and now in the early mornings, my fingers aren't stiff at all. I'll soon be 53 years old (female) and I have no idea if it's just been a lucky 9 days for me or what, but I just ordered both products again because I'm feeling great and I don't want it to stop. I'll keep you posted, but so far, it does exactly what folks have been saying it will do. Complete healing and pain free with lot's of energy.

Im shocked at so many poor reviews for this. I've had arthritis in my knee for over a decade and after one day of drinking this and ionyte my knee didnt hurt at all, also a nerve pain in my arm went away after a few days, i add one of these tea bags to 1gallon and put about 4 or 5 half filled squrts ionyte and drink about the whole gallon in a day. What i believe the reason for poor reviews for this product is that ppl dont drink enough water, i noticed that after a few days of only drinking half a gallon that my knee and nerve pain came back, i started drinking the whole gallon again and the pain went away, im 5'11 180 lbs and drink about a gallon a day, for a smaller person id imagine drink around 3 qts a day, but see what works for you, this stuff is well worth buying but if you dont get enough to get the benefit than what good is buying it? I've taking many vitamins and herbs and I buy this before anything else. I feel great and it doesnt have a taste to it in case your wondering.

I really think this helps. It also helped my dog heal as well.

Tastes good. Haven't tested any of it's advertised properties, but it makes the water easier to drink. Doesn't feel as hydrating as electrolyte enhancers, but good stuff overall.

Does nothing for me.
