Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets Mixed Flavors, GF & Vegan, 4 Pack

I have tried a lot of different electrolyte brands, and this one by far is the best overall. The taste is not too salty and not overly sweet. It’s hydrating. The ingredients are simple. The tablets easily dissolve within minutes. The only con is the tablets won’t fit through the lid of a screw cap water bottle unless crushed but they’re easy to just pop in a regular cup and add water! If you’ve tried a ton of brands and wonder if you’ll ever find one that actually tastes great and has clean ingredients, try NUUN!

Was looking for an alternative to all the usual electrolyte drinks with tons of sugar/artificial ingredients. Nuun has been a great choice overall. I can tell a difference on the days I drink it, and do feel more hydrated. The tablets taste good and dissolve really quickly, without even really needing to stir. Plus, since they're compact, it's easy to keep a couple tubes on hand to use when sick, etc. I like that there are no artificial colors or sweeteners, and will give them to my kids, but do really wish they didn't have "natural flavors" (because that can mean almost anything, sometimes very *unnatural*), so would take off a half star for that alone, and it makes me keep an eye out for a different product to use. But for the price and overall product quality, I'm happy with these, and have repurchased several times already.

I sweat a lot during my runs, so I thought buying this electrolyte would help restore the minerals I lose. It dissolves quickly in room-temperature water. The taste varies by flavor. Some flavors are stronger than others so it’s worth trying mixed flavors first to find the one you like best. I initially bought the regular electrolyte, which seemed to work well, and then tried the sport version, but I didn’t notice much difference between them.

I like the variety of flavors in these Electrolyte tablets . I have been just dropping one tablet a day into my water. It resolves completely in a short time and has kept my electrolytes in balance.

I am a long distance runner with a very sensitive stomach. I'd always find myself sipping Gatorade during/after long runs, then would always find myself feeling sick after each run. I was in the market for something light to replenish my electrolytes without the heaviness of Gatorade. Which led me to trying Nuun. First reaction: well, it's not the best taste ever. It does have a little amount of fizz to it, which I did like. As I continued drinking it, and trying other flavors, I really got a taste of it. My sensitive stomach handles this drink with no problem at all, I actually feel less fatigued after drinking 16 ounces of this after my runs. I get a boost of energy back, which is perfect after early morning runs. I drink it 2 hours before a run, sip it during a long run (knock on wood, I have yet to get any cramps mid-run while drinking this!), and then sip it after a run. It's very cost effective as well for an electrolyte drink. I like the fact that it's easy to carry around in my bag throughout the day and I can just throw a tab in my water bottle whenever I need it, it is very convenient. Definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a way to hydrate through their workouts. It has helped me immensely and I'm looking forward to using it throughout my marathon training!

This variety pack with a mix of various flavors worked very well for a household of athletes who enjoy different flavors. The packaging is well done, including the individual tubes, which are are opened by flipping the blue top off. The tops seal very well, so there is no worry that putting these in my sports bag that they will open up accidentally. The tablets are all identical in size and are like a very small puck. When put in water, they fizz and dissolve. After the entire tablet dissolves, the drink ends up having a nice light carbonation and remains fizzy for a short while. I have put it in both cold and warm water, and the dissolvability is just the same. One thing I have noticed is that it takes some minutes for the tablet to fully dissolve. When I am ready to drink this, something this can be a con because I have to wait. But I know when it is ready when the fizzing from the tablet stops. The flavors are light and do not taste overly sweet. They do not have any odors or chalkiness, making them easy and clean to handle. One of the things that is most well-liked for us is that unlike powders, a tube of tablets is very portable and able to be tossed into a sports bag or kept in a purse or in a work drawer easily without taking much space at all. One con is that the tablet does not fit into the opening of a standard bottle of water. It is posslble to crack a tablet into pieces with a utensil to put them into bottled water, but we have found this to be inconvenient and have opted to simply use them in a water bottle. 10oz of water water seems to work well with a single tablet. Too little, and it may taste concentrated, and too much will lead to a diluted flavor. It is completely possible to put two tablets into a single larger container of water, so that is an option. Our family has found them to be nicely hydrating and refreshing. On-the go convenience is excellent. The only thing to remember is that the drink is not ready until the entire tablet is dissolved, which can take several minutes.

My friend loves these tablets and swears by them, she's sad they gave her plenty of energy before Her morning workout. I ordered and tried them but I didn't like the filmy taste after I swallowed it. It lingered and for me that was a no so I gifted them to her and she was very excited. I'm not against the product. They just were not for me because of the aftertaste.

I started drinking 1 tablet in my water everyday. What I noticed right away is that it effectively took away my leg/feet cramping. No more constantly twisting, churning & cracking my legs/feet. This product is so easy to use, dissolves quickly & the different flavors it comes in are tasty. I take a magnesium supplement every day but it wasn’t taking away my cramps. However, there is something in this product that my body needs & it works immediately to take away the cramps.

Fave flavour is pink lemonade. The sweetness level is just nice when dissolved in ~330ml of water. Hydrates me well after a run.

Tenía mis dudas por algunos comentarios que decían que sabe muy mal. No se si a ellos les llego otra cosa pero Nuun Sport sabe delicioso. Al primer día que llego me dolía la cabeza, tome uno y se me quito en 15 minutos además de hacerme sentir bien todo el día y con un sabor deliciosa. Es verdad que no cabe en una botella de agua, pero partes la pastilla con la mano y así si cabe. SUPER RECOMENDADO
