I have not yet received my replacement pads

I have received my replacement pads and they are great

Need to replace my steam mop pads, but the velcro under the mop seems worn so am wondering if these will still stick? Anyone else had a similar issue

no don't have that problem my husband removes them from the steamer as soon as he is finished and hangs it over something to let it dry. He also turns the steamer upside down to stand so moisture is removed.

Can I rinse the pad out after every use to get the dirt out?

My husband deals with it he would steep them overnight (keeps until he has 3 ) then washes them in the washing machine at a low setting.

Does ‘single’ mean a pack of 5? Otherwise it seems to be £13 for 1 and £11 for 5 but that can’t be right?

When it says 1 pack it means in that pack you get 5 pads for £13. If you want more packs it cost £11 hope this helps
