Water heating element last just over a year
Large cups won’t fit under the nozzles and no more hot water after a year… guess when the warranty runs out.

It is a very good machine, but should be some cutouts so you can fill up a bottle not small cups only.

The design is defective, not recommended to buy
The water receiving place is too short, and most cups cannot be put in. It is very inconvenient to tilt to collect water. And because the cup is tilted, it is impossible to see how much water is received and it is easy to overflow.
