Great, firm mattress.
We have had this mattress for several months and it is great. Backache have stopped and sleeping much better. Comfortable and not in the least bit noisy! Delivery was quick and on time.

Noisy and uncomfortable
The mattress was good at start but after few months it has developed a loud creaking noise from the springs, which can be felt directly on my back, causing discomfort. There is also a significant sag or dip on the side where I sleep, making it hard to maintain a comfortable position and resulting in poor support.

love it , firm & good quality
NO LIE , I've slept on the floor for 6 years , i had back issues with a mattress that was far to soft. this mattress is perfect, lovely & firm & for the price (so far) it's more than worth it , in hindsight I'd get a slightly bigger variant but highly recommend i suppose coming from the floor to a firm mattress is a noticeable difference

Ok but could have been better
This is ok for the price but the buttons on the top are uncomfortable. Had to purchase a separate mattress topper to overcome this problem.

Comfortable, quality, value
Firm mattress, good quality at a reasonable price. Good buy. 2 minor things, Amazon site dimensions stated as centimetres but obviously inches. Also called 'luxury' mattress on Amazon site. But, none of paperwork or labels says 'luxury', but confirmed with silentnight that it was correct item.

Avoid ! I’m really disappointed with this mattress. After only three months of use, it has already become uncomfortable and feels like it’s wearing out much faster than expected. At first it seemed fine, but over time it started losing its support. Now it feels uneven and I often wake up with back discomfort because it just doesn’t provide proper support anymore. A mattress should last much longer than a few months before showing these kinds of problems. The quality is very poor. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for something comfortable and durable. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that becomes uncomfortable so quickly. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! AVOID !
