I buy this for my *( yr old father. He has a hard time getting the pump open and working. Is there a hint/trick to it?

Sarna works like most lotions. The first time opening, you must turn the top so that it the pump is in the open slot. Sometimes this particular spot is a little difficult to find. The spout comes up a bit and allows the lotion to pump out. You don’t need to close the pump top after that. It should pump out easily with each use.
