Let’s start with the most important part. Does this actually help with milk production? For me, yes. I notice I’m fuller after drinking this, so it functions as stated. It comes with 14 pouches which makes it a good value. Does exactly what I need it to. Now let’s talk taste. I have come to actually rather enjoy the flavor, but it’s very distinctive and takes some getting use to. I either mix it with water and my electrolyte powder or water flavored with kool-aid type of powder. For me, the effectiveness outweighed the flavor so I powered through the first few pouches and the shock of the taste. Even though the pouches aren’t that big, they pack a punch. But as I said already, eventually I started enjoying the flavor. Now I look forward to adding it to my drink. The pouches come preportioned and are easy to tear open. The texture is typical powder form and mixes well into room temp and even cold water. It’s a functional product and great for mamas who need a little help with production!

I have been stressed about my supply lately and was willing to try anything. These packets arrived last night and I immediately prepped one. The flavor is ok, not great but not horrible. The flavor isn’t why I’m drinking it though… in just one night I see a significant difference in my supply and I’m excited to see where it goes from here. I definitely recommend giving this a try!

Breastfeeding and/or pumping takes so much energy. You need to stay hydrated and not only does this help with that but I feel my milk flow more after using this powder. It’s convenient to use and carry on the go. The taste is ok and mixed with the water good

This actually tastes pretty good! A bit of a weird after taste but I mix mine with coconut water or lemonade and it’s way good

Okay there’s plenty of these out there and after looking into other choices I settled on this one mainly because the flavor sounded refreshing and I needed a way to try and boost my supply after I was sick. This not only worked increasing my supply but tasted delicious!!! I also loved the convenience of packets easy enough to slip in your purse or diaper bag for on the go use! One hack to make a delicious mocktail is combine this product with sparkling water such as grapefruit spindrift (make sure to mix or use a frother) and it is so refreshing and became my afternoon treat for the long days during postpartum!

Originally, I hated this drink mix. I actually bought it & reviewed it negatively and genuinely hated it. I didn’t even plan on finishing the ones I had, but in order to not waste money & keep upping my milk supply I found a way to drink them. On their own, I really hated the fizzing feeling that it had. And the flavor was not for me! But I’ve been mixing it with Mio hydrate (different flavors and they’ve all been good) and have started to enjoy it and even bought a second box. The mio flavoring hides the flavor I didn’t care for and seems to dull the fizz. Over all, I do think it’s worth the price and it does seem to slightly help my milk supply for my little who wants to eat every hour.

Horrible experience, the items came not intact, seems someone opened up the 2 boxes and torn 1 of sachet. I demand for a refund!
