Let’s start with the most important part. Does this actually help with milk production? For me, yes. I notice I’m fuller after drinking this, so it functions as stated. It comes with 14 pouches which makes it a good value. Does exactly what I need it to. Now let’s talk taste. I have come to actually rather enjoy the flavor, but it’s very distinctive and takes some getting use to. I either mix it with water and my electrolyte powder or water flavored with kool-aid type of powder. For me, the effectiveness outweighed the flavor so I powered through the first few pouches and the shock of the taste. Even though the pouches aren’t that big, they pack a punch. But as I said already, eventually I started enjoying the flavor. Now I look forward to adding it to my drink. The pouches come preportioned and are easy to tear open. The texture is typical powder form and mixes well into room temp and even cold water. It’s a functional product and great for mamas who need a little help with production!

I am buying this again. Helped a bit I noticed more of a difference when I took it at night then the morning. Would have me feeling full after a couple hours. It tastes kinda gross has a sparkling fizzy water taste but, I drink it with a mother’s milk, chamomile tea, it tastes good. Takes the fizzy taste away. Can’t really say how much it increased my output since I pump during the day and nurse at night. My output is still 4oz every 4 hours during the day with or without this but at night I was able to squeeze a pump in from his last bottle and first night feeding (usually eats every 4hrs) as well as increased my morning pump from 4oz to 6oz. I went from only 4oz in the fridge at a time to 20oz in 2 days.

In my many years of having children and now being “of a certain age” starting over, I have to say that this product works well for me. I breastfed all of my children and now (having started all over) with a new baby, my body was not producing as I did for the previous six children (all grown) so I had been trying all these different supplements. I usually test the new product for about a month before I form an opinion on if it’s good or not. 1. The product helps with my skin, hair, nails, and joints because it has collagen in it. 2. It actually does give me increased energy 3. The flavor is decent a bit sour but it is lemonade, not to overpowering though 4. It dissolves really quickly with no residue even after you let it sit. 5. I did see an increase of milk BUT only after I had been taking it for about a week. But once it started it was consistent. 6.it does hydrate well BUT I did find that I had to drink 2 or 3 a day especially bcuz of the breastfeeding. 7. The value is average for what the product offers but I do hope they come out with a larger quantity offer.

I was obsessed with this drinks, they were so delicious and hydrating, I never felt nauseous after drinking it. Super affordable and it keeps you energized.

Personally didnt like the flavor but it's drinkable

If you’re reading this, you are probably worried about your milk, and I’m so sorry. It’s so tough! I can’t tell you this is right for you, but I can tell you it was life changing for me. I was insanely stressed about my milk supply, I was barely making enough, and it was so volatile. I stressed about it every second of the day. I started drinking this along with eating the Munchkin lactation cookie bites and a fennel supplement and I started producing more than 3x as much. I now pump less and make more milk. Truly a miracle for me. They say to be careful about fenugreek so definitely consult your doctor. Best of luck fellow mama, no matter what, you got this!! (Oh and it tastes pretty good, not overly sweet and doesn’t have that stevia flavor, which I am not a fan of. Reminds me of a powdered ice tea my dad drank when I was a kid)

Drank half a packet. Didn’t taste bad. Upset my stomach. After doing a quick Google search, I discovered Fenugreek is not recommended to increase lactation as it can cause gas and fussiness in baby. In large amounts it’s also used as a blood sugar manager and can cause low blood sugar in infants. Was too freaked out to feed my baby. Waited 48 hours and pumped and dumped. Amazon did refund everything.

Big fan took a little to get use to the taste but it's not bad...I personally thing it's helped and any time I think I'm having a dip on my supply I drink 2 packets a day (along with other techniques that help with supply) I think they really help but some ingredients could do the opposite for some so just watch how it works for you but personally I love them and recommend them but also watch how it seems to be working for your body as everyone is different

Horrible experience, the items came not intact, seems someone opened up the 2 boxes and torn 1 of sachet. I demand for a refund!
