Amazingly comfortable
I carry these in my workout bag and they’re perfect for hands, knees and elbows. I used to put a towel under me when doing floor work and these are 100x better. They’re easy to wipe down and keep clean. Also, they’re just super cute!

Made yoga practice easier
I was skeptical about using these little pads for my knees, but to my surprise they actually work pretty well. I have joint pain/inflammation in both knees and was using a regular pillow to put under my knees before I got them, but it was always getting in the way. Now I take these to every session and I don’t have to fight with how much room they take up.

Get these silicone ones over the others.
The media could not be loaded. These are great!! I started working out again and didn’t want to kneel on the hard floors, so I ordered these and the other kind to compare. You can see in my video that the silicone one never budged, but the other kind slipped really easily, so I’m returning those. I definitely recommend the silicone pair for a few bucks more!! :-)(No incentive or free product by the way. I just know how much I depend on reviews, so I try to contribute and help others make better buying choices also.)So far so good and I will update as I continue using them.

Work Great!
I was a little apprehensive in buying these because of some reviewers saying they felt hard… but they feel perfect to me. Prior to these, I used a thin mat in the gym (pictured) and these are about twice as thick is that mat and provide much more cushion. My knees aren’t great either so I definitely feel it when I don’t have cushion under them. They were great for my knees and my head. I do a lot of headstands and these work great for that as well.My only complaint would be the shape and the floral designs. I would prefer the outer shape to be a circle, matching the inner and with no designs. But I knock any stars off that because they work as promised and appear to be great quality.

Realized I prefer to use a rolled up towel for knees support, didn’t really need this foam cushion and it had a bit of an unnatural smell
