I really like how clean the ingredients are in this product; there are not a lot of unnecessary excipients. I tolerate it very well when my immune system seems to be sensitive to a lot of products. I use this for mental excitability that occurs when I drive detoxification with other supplements. It has been a game changer for me that has enabled me to onboard many new detox/methylation supplements that I could not tolerate in the past.

I began suffering from really bad restless leg syndrome that no longer responded to Magnesium, so I did some research and realized I was probably glutamine senstive. Naturally I stopped all caffeine as well, but this product was finally what made a difference. It calmed me down and got me through the night. I slept better as well, deeper more restful sleep. This product was effective and I recommend it for anyone with nerve/restlessness symptoms. It is very calming.
