This stuff has helped me in so many ways. I take it regularly every night. It does have a sort of gritty texture but not bad at all. The taste is fine as well. It's easy to take.

I can no longer swallow large vitamin pills. Sugary gummies are loathesome. I stir this into a milk, nut or cow, for a smoothie, It blends in perfectly in a smoothie. It is a bit gritty spooned into yogurt or cereal but edible. I can't comment on how it is being absorbed until my next X-ray for a slow-healing broken bone. I can get my calcium without the sugar.

So far I like this product it helps a lot with leg cramp and even my fibermialga I haven't been taking it long so I will update later,especially if anything changes. I waking another magnesium which I like very much but I didn't realize I need to take calcium with it also so I started developing problems so I saw this with both and purchase it if I would've seen all the negative reviews I probably wouldn't have so far I like it. I never had the a vanilla flavor so I don't know what that was like the berry flavor seems fine to me it's very tolerable.I had another liquid calcium that I could not take the taste was so bad it was actually impossible for me to take. This is great after having that. I was looking for a good calcium to take with my magnesium I have and ran across this.

Good product but expensive when compared to similar liquid calcium products

Easy to take, much prefer liquid form to tablets, consistency is thicker than most liquid supplements so it is less drippy and messy. Tasty, too!

I've been taking this for a week now. I've noticed it helps me sleep better and I'm more regular. Tastes great, reminds me of sweet tarts. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Helps my legs

One of my doctors recommended that I take this, specific magnesium combo. I have been taking it for several weeks and so far so good! The flavor is great! It’s very thick, so it’s not exactly GREAT to swallow, but the excellent flavor makes it much more bearable!
