Plant-Based Chick'n & Rice Soup, Vegan, 15 oz.

This chick'n and rice soup is wonderful and I will keep it in stock at my house. I used to have a cupboard shelf divided into Italian, Asian, and Mexican/American foods, but I reorganized it so that I could stock "American" everyday soups, such as the potato/leek and supergreens soups in the cartons (they're so yummy), and a mushroom soup in a can. I was missing a multi soup with protein and this chick'n and rice soup is the perfect choice for that. It's so good!!! I ordered it in the past and liked it, now I'm ordering it in multiples and that suits me fine. This chick'n and rice soup is an excellent choice and I recommend it to anyone!!!

These are really tasty, but they just have way too much sodium for one can of soup. I was floored when I saw the amount. That’s a days worth or pretty close. Every once in a while is fine but regularly you would struggle to stay healthy. If health isn’t a factor, have atcha. They’re super tasty. I’m glad I tried them and there truly is not much deviation from the real meat versions. The texture is on point, but the wedding soup is a bit more bland. Especially for something with so much salt. This check is yummy.

I love the Gardein Plant-Based products. This Vegan Chick’n & Rice Soup is a solid choice, expecially if you are feeling under the weather or craving a hot soup to make quickly from the can during cold weather— really warms you up! Also, there is a lot of rice, which makes it hearty, and the flavor is enhanced with the addition of the vegan “Chick’n.”

Good for all seasons. Affordable. The calories are well. Healthy buy.

Could have more rice in it but believe it or not it's good good bro I just added my own meat but it's good try it

I am a BIG fan and consumer of Gardein Plant Based products. I am especially fond of, and satisfied with, their frozen vegan burgers, chicken tenders and crab cakes. Protein, taste, color, texture and 100 % vegan! YEAAAA! So I was excited to see Gardein produces vegan canned soups. I ordered and tried three different flavors. So? Are they what they advertised? Yes. Are they great? NO. They are okay. Taste is good. However, they are very lacking in key ingredients. Few veggies! Come on, how about more than just a few carrots! The plant based meat? Great quality, as expected. However, again, very little in each can, This product is not worth the price. 3 STARS at best. However, Gardein, if you're listening...... Put more into this. Make it worth the price and you will get 5 STARS!

I have been a vegetarian my whole life. I am always looking out for new vegan/vegetarian foods with faux meat substitutes. I can say I am not a fan of the gardein plant based options. They all have a weird chemical taste and another weird aftertaste I can’t quite explain. The faux “meat” is not a good texture and has an off putting flavor to it. I am glad I only purchased one can of each variety.

Absolutely divine....I also add some red pepper sometimes just to give it a little kick, but it's really comfort food for us vegetarians. Healthy ingredients with the perfect thickness too.
