Review: Great product and awesome customer service - I bought this trampoline based on the reviews for my only child with a lot of energy to burn. It's been over a year now and through rain and snow it's still going strong. The ground that I have the trampoline on is not level so after sometime a crack started to form on the T connector. I called customer service and they said they will order the part from China. I thought to myself that I'm never going to get it, but I was wrong. The part not only arrived within a week, but I got three T connectors for free. The customer service is top notch and so is this trampoline I highly recommend this trampoline Review: Easy Install - The product was well packaged, came on time. Easy to put together. Used 2 people to complete the circle and install the legs. It took us about 2 hours to complete from start to finish (mainly due to heat). Kids starting jumping right away.
