IT WORKS if given the time!!
GIVE IT A WEEK AS INSTRUCTIONS ADVISE!!! I have a permanent knee injury, other knee went to hell after the injury. I use this on my knees, twice a day, and it took about 10 days to really notice i get sleep without waking to very painful knees in the midlle of the night!! It did not do anything, nor did i feel anything till about the 10th day. If i over do it on my knees, this does not help at that point. Its not a cure all, but it will help if you follow the directions. Ive tried everything else with no help for the pain. Good luck out there !!!

This stuff is amazing!!!
The title says it all. I've been using this product for several weeks now and no longer need to tape my knee to walk. This product is only made for specific body locations. It is not made for muscle aches and pain. But is used on joints where you may have a problem with bone on bone rubbing. You can only use on two locations at the same time. Read the instructions for specific details. Works great. I felt the difference after two days and quit taping my knee after one week.

Waited to review ... works on some areas but some not so much. Overall I will reorder for my hands!

Not the most convenient
It's not for immediate pain relief and takes about a week to start working. You have to leave the effected area uncovered for 10 minutes to dry before putting your clothes back on. Kind of inconvenient. On the positive side, it comes with a plastic card that helps you measure out the proper dose.

Warns of Liver Damage, "Pharmacy" items cannot be returned
Oh my. I cannot take a product that warns of liver damage. States on tube can only be used for arthritis, not the general skin penetrating pain reliever I thot it was. And, it cannot be returned. Had no idea it cannot be returned. Just as amazon has a warning in a red box identifying items that are frequently returned, I am thinking they should also have a box identifying items that cannot be returned. No returns, no (store credit). I am out $20.
