I love this incense burner
The media could not be loaded. It’s amazing quality and amazing work. I am very impressed how it holds up all year and still getting the best results.

Works great. Use foil.
Works like a charm:)If you use it with no foil it kinda loses the highest temp It can read. That's what I noticed at least. Use foil and change it. It's pretty great. Burns my calendula flower petals. And also frankincense resin.

The switch light would work or not ?
The media could not be loaded. I like the product but the function for the lights does not work and that’s all the problem is the defected light switch need to be replaced

The media could not be loaded. Used for three or four times and it's stopped working completely. Light comes up but not warming plate
