Works like a charm as a tea before bed
I've had my first cup of mugwort tea last night. First off, let me say the taste is unbelievably bitter. I was taken aback by the strong bitter taste. It lingers on your tongue and gums afterwards. The taste didn't turn me away, but I was definitely surprised by it. I was able to finish the entire cup, but I know people who wouldn't be able to. Take that into consideration when purchasing this to drink. Having said that it worked for helping me sleep. I haven't slept that good in a long time. I'm lying in bed writing this feeling well rested and GOOD. I had several dreams that I remember, some that were off the wall but not scary. I'm going to try to smoke it tonight instead of making the tea. I wonder if I'll have a similar experience. I'll update my review with the effects.Edited to add: smoking has similar but not as strong results.

Strong
The tea alone has a special taste to it, some can tolerate some can’t. The properties of it work well but only if you can tolerate the taste. If you can’t tolerate it alone, pomegranate/cranberry juice can help:)

Regarding the product comes as it shown on picture. Good condition sealed very nicely and packaged neatly. I love it, I will definitely buy it again when I need more.

Extremely bitter for tea, but effective.
It is what it says on the tin. Can't complain if you know what your getting. Be warned though if you're making tea of this like I do (this, camomile, and valerian root) for a sleep concoction....it's probably one of the strongest of bitter flavors I have ever tasted. And I drink my coffee black and have no problem with hard alcohol.Just be warned of how potent that bitterness is.Aside from that I sleep well with the mix I made, it also made me sweat, but that's a good thing for me.

It’s not mugwort
This isn’t mugwort or the type of wormwood on the label. Mine arrived in shavings and looks. I thing like the photo, the tea was very bitter and mugwort isn’t bitter like this. This type of wormwood is actually toxic when taken in a dose that would would consider safe.. so I’m not a fan. It made me sick and I took a small dose in tea with lots of honey.. be careful I had someone identify for me and they said no this isn’t mugwort.

Label is a bit confusing
I’m a bit confused by this product. I ordered Mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris) but the bag says Woodworm and in parentheses it says (artemisia vulgaris). Those are two different things although Woodworm is in the same family it’s proper name is (Artemisia absinthium).I used it in my vaporiser for lucid dreaming. It has a very energetic effect and really activated my brain while sleeping. I guess that’s the idea but it seemed a bit restless and not very restful sleeping in the morning.
