Ingredients Active ingredients1g of balm contains 0.70g of liquid extract fromdried flowers of Arnica (equivalent to 0.032g Arnica montana L)dried leaves of Birch (equivalent to 0.032g Betula pendula Roth and/or Betula pubescens Ehrh as well as hybrids of both species). Also containsRosemary oil, Lavender Oil, Lavandin Oil and Ethanol. Extraction solventEthanol 96% v/v/Sunflower Oil (2.3/97.7). Directions 1. Apply a small amount of balm to the affected area. 2. Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed. 3. Repeat as necessary, up to 4 times a day. Safety Warning Do not apply to broken skin. Do not use if: You are allergic to any of the ingredients. You are pregnant or breastfeeding. Under 12 years old. May stain clothing if used in excess. Discard 3 months after opening.
