Great smaller machine.
I bought this to cut fabric pieces for my crafts. Works well and lots of youtube videos available to watch about how to use. I purchased this one instead of any of the other brands because this does not require an internet connection to work.

Stopped cutting after 10 months and customer support is horrible
BEWARE: Silhouette America has no customer support where you can talk to an actual person. You can only communicate through email. Mine stopped working after few occasional uses. Now I am trying to contact the customers support since two months to get a warranty repair. You can only contact customer support through email. After many emails they are still telling me that it is because I am using it wrong. Even though I had successfully been using it in many projects before.

Mine didn’t work from the day I took it out of the box. No missing items.Item was shipped back on Monday 1/31/2022 and still have not received my refund.
