Or just these alone? (Will be wearing them postpartum)** A: There is no need to wear regular underwear over these. **Q: Can it be used as a diaper?** A: Yes they definitely can be used as a diaper. These are maximum protection. Plus they are sleek and stylish you can still feel comfortable like a lady should. Thanks Always Discreet Black of course. **Q: It looks like this is a high rise model where I want a full brief. Can you tell which is right?** A: Apparently they do sit a few inches below the waist, almost like the fit of low rider jeans. However, I understand that if you go up a size they fit more like a traditional panty; they just won't be quite as leak proof with major leaks as would a more tight fitting "panty." ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente *by A***I on 18 February 2021* Lo mejor para el posparto ## Frequently Bought Together - Always Discreet Boutique Adult Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear For Women, High-Rise, Size Small/Medium, Rosy, Maximum Absorbency, Disposable, 12 Count (Packaging May Vary) - Frida Mom Upside Down Peri Bottle for Postpartum Care, Portable Bidet Perineal Cleansing and Recovery for New Mom, The Original Fridababy MomWasher - TUCKS Medicated Cooling Pads, 100 Count – Pads with Witch Hazel, Cleanses Sensitive Areas, Protects from Irritation, Hemorrhoid Treatment, Medicated Pads Used By Hospitals --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/227542660-always-discreet-boutique-incontinence-underwear-for-women-maximum-protection-small](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/227542660-always-discreet-boutique-incontinence-underwear-for-women-maximum-protection-small) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
