To my surprise ...I was not sure I expected this to make a huge difference. So it’s nice in life to be surprised in a good way. I got this for my lower back, a pressure sore, lower spine problems in muscles. Now I’ve only had it for a week but I can tell you that my pressure sore is almost gone, I feel like I’m sitting up straighter. And best of all, I find that when I do get up I have less severe back pain. So ask me if I am happy and pleased? So far yes. Comfortable and soft..you find you easily get used to something under your derrière besides the couch. Will need to get more thinking of the car and other chairs!

This cushion is amazing. It gives great support to your tailbone and is firm enough to do the job without feeling like you’re sitting on a rock. At first, I noticed it, but after using it a few times, it just became part of my routine and now I can’t imagine not having it. As a student who spends way too much time sitting behind a computer, this has made a huge difference. It’s honestly been a lifesaver for my comfort during long study sessions.

Great cushion. Bought it twice. Needed a cushion after surgery and it worked great. My mother in law has hip issues and had a diff one that was way more expensive and she didn't like it. Offered her mine and she loves it. The one she had was medically issued and she said it was hard and heavy. Says this one is so light and comfy and like heaven for pain relief compared to the one she had so I bought her one as well. It's very soft, light, great bottom grip so no sliding around.

I almost passed on this because it's being advertised for hemorrhoids which I do not have. My issue is that I sit at work, then I sit in the car and all this sitting makes my sitting bones hurt so bad that by the end of the work day I can hardly focus on anything else. At the end of the day my hips are usually very tight and my back completely out of alignment until I either lie down or hang on a pull up bar to stre h my back Well, I used this cushion in my car over the weekend and it felt great. But the real test came today, sitting for 8 hrs at work plus another hour in the car. So far I'm impressed! The cushion is firm but comfortable. Donut hole allows me to switch to different positions throughout the day and allows me to maintain good posture while sitting, all while avoiding pressure on my sitting bones. I will probably order another one for my home if this one still feels good in a month or so.

I've used this for six weeks now. It's comfortable overall, but my back hurts a little by the end of an hour or so. I bought this from Amazon in January for $65. It is now $97. Why?

Not sure what it is. I have bought quite a few of these donut style cushions, but this one is either too hard or not the right shape, and is twice the cost. I'll give it a couple of more days, but I think it's going back. I do appreciate the cutouts though, as a man.
