Excellent flour, great value
When searching for a cheaper alternative to the superfine almond flour I usually buy, I found Purima and decided to give it a try. I am impressed by the quality and grind, which is fine enough for good baking of cake and breads. I'm a happy, regular customer now.I did notice that the price of the 1Kg bag has recently gone up by £3.00 recently, but it's still good value; next time I need to buy, I'll likely get the 2kg bag, though.

Lovely fine almond flour, great for baking
I used this for keto baking this Christmas. It was finely ground and baked to a smooth texture. It was much better than using ground almonds which can leave a bit of a gritty texture. It tasted great too. Will definitely purchase again.
