I absolutely love this! Tastes great and it is pretty affordable compared to others. I can only drink ceremonial and unsweetened so this is good. I made matcha with almond milk. I have pcos so this is beneficial. Much better than starbucks.. I like theirs even if not traditional but there’s is sweetened. The blending is easy and the aroma is wonderful!

I’ve purchased Jade Matcha Green Tea a couple of times now, and I’ve been really happy with it. It has a delicious, smooth flavor and is something I genuinely look forward to enjoying. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves matcha. I’ll be keeping it in my rotation, especially if I can snag a discount or promo code!

Keep purchasing this. A good choice for Matcha latte, similar taste as another matcha I bought in Japan. Every smooth, good digestibility, worth trying.

I bought this product on February 26th, so I'm sure the quality has slightly gone down and some slight oxidation has occured. The left is the Jade leaf and the right is a different ceremonial/first harvest matcha powder. I should preface I'm a beginner and new to matcha, so take that into consideration with my review. I have tried this sifting and without sifting and it's a pretty smooth matcha compared to others of lower quality or other cheaper ceremonial options. There is somewhat bitter/chalky/astringent taste, but not too much. I usually add sweetener though and that really helps. When I don't sift and just make the paste I don't experience much grainy texture, so if you're short on time it's a great option. When making the paste I'm able to get rid of most of the clumps. I'm still getting used to ratios, water temp, and refining my technique, which all those things could come into play. The flavor and smell are more on the subtle side. Overall I would suggest this matcha and think it's a good option for the price and could be a good everyday matcha on a budget.

Absolutely delicious!!! I am switching from Jade leaf Matcha latte mix that is sweetened in creamer and it was worried this would not deliver the same taste and creaminess because it's unsweetened, but with a little bit of sweetener and milk, it taste absolutely fantastic without all the sugar it blends beautifully with a frother it could be mixed in protein shake as well! definitely will subscribe to the product. The Matcha latte blend has been fantastic, but I am trying to cut off sugar and happy to find out that This is as good.

Great but use sparingly because it is expensive. For baking get the cheaper kind.

I had super high hopes for this matcha powder because I've familiar with the brand but I was NOT impressed. The color was all wrong, the mixability wasn't enjoyable, I also feel like it oxidized before I even received it and WAY before I opened it. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money and I highly recommend exploring another brand. Also the taste was NOT good.

Finely ground, taste great. I use it to make matcha lattes. It dissolves better than others I've tried. I feel energetic and focused through out the day without the caffeine crash and gitters I usually get from coffee or sodas

No me gustó, que justo yo elegí este producto por que supuestamente venía en bote , y me llegó en 2 bolsas. La presentación también importa, y es por lo que yo pagué por que lo consideré importante.

This is a very nice matcha. My picture is not doing justice but the green colour is slightly darker. It tastes good when I add vanilla syrup or brown sugar. It’s somewhat foamy when i add hot water and mix it with electric whisker. Will buy it again for sure, it tastes good when u add supplement flavours to it!

I got this Barista edition after trying out the Teahouse edition. This Barista edition is much more bitter and much less savory. Teahouse edition is excellent with a very smooth tasting, creamy and savory. So if you like a bolder, bitter matcha for latte, this one is great. Teahouse edition will make a smoother and creamier latte. On the side note, Jade Leaf have one of the best customers service. I said I do not like the taste of this edition compare to the teahouse edition and they straightforward offer me the Teahouse edition as a replacement at no extra cost.

Excellent matcha smooth, delicate, and pleasantly flavorful. Not sweet, perfectly balanced. Ideal for tea ceremonies and matcha lattes.

I had purchased BOTH the ceremonial grade and culinary. After purchasing the ceremonial grade and how great it's, decided to try the culinary one. Definitely we found a difference between both, however no bitter taste in any of them. We tried the ceremonial one bare and the taste is good and no need for sweetener, we also tried the ceremonial with Milk (latte) and the results were outstanding, everyone in the family liked it (even better than any commercial Matcha outside including Starbucks and others). My kids are very picky with drinks and flavours, but when they tried the ceremonial with Milk, they were very impressed. I decided to try the culinary one (to save money, lol), although there was no bitter taste and still better than or close to commercial vendors, the ceremonial taste is no look any further (have to scarifice the cost, to get unbelievable taste). the caffeine in it also was better than coffee for me as i felt more focused and active compared to coffee cup. Seems the Ceremonial matcha will be my go to cup (home made ONLY, not commercial) in the future and have to compromise the cost for the quality and benefits.
