Where is my diploma frame?
I ordered a frame for my diploma at 9am on July 15. Here it is July 27 and it still has not shipped. I contacted OCM on July 25. They responded July 26 at 7am and said they would contact the frame company and send me an updated shipping date and tracking number. It is July 27 at 9am and I haven’t heard anything. It has now been 12 days since I placed the order.
