Very nice, heavy duty mugs. Nice weight to them. Planning to make Christmas gifts out of these. Unfortunately 1 out of the 10 mugs arrived broken, however I emailed the seller who replied back within the hour and stated they would refund the cost of the broken mug. Very impressed with the item as well as the customer service. Would recommend!

Absolutely love these! Came out perfectly and great quality. Looks way more expensive. I can’t wait to give these out for gifts. No damage to any of cups in shipping like others had problems with. Took about a week to get.

So cute and can’t beat the price. I have ordered from this company 3 times for these mugs. The quality of the cup is top notch, and my customers love them! The last order, I had a cup break in shipping (not the companies fault at all!) . I contacted customer service and they said they could replace it for me. Not even a week later I received 2 cups from them!! Definitely goes above and beyond and I will be making large orders from them again.

Ordered these to use with mug warmer. ONLY FLAT BOTTOM mugs work with MUG WARMER.These ARE NOT FLAT BOTTOM. Amazon prime didn't cover return shipping. Had to pay $29.96 dollars to ship them back. I love these mugs and the writing was so cute, however one wash and all the lettering came off. Luckily I found out before I gave them to my employees for gifts. I went to Michaels and bought dishwasher safe mod podge. I painted over the lettering with that. They should put a big slip in the box that says it is not dishwasher safe or simply do the sealing before they ship. So don’t waste the money on the letting unless you plan to seal them. Because who in the world would never put these in a dishwasher?

Great mugs.... worst customer service. I have ordered multiple times (probably 10-15) and they have cancelled orders due to ‘overselling’ twice. And of course, it’s during December when I have Christmas orders going out. One order wasn’t cancelled until 3 days after it was supposed to arrive. That is insane to me.

LOVE these mugs! So easy to personalize and very sturdy! 10-10 would recommend!
