Will this remove human urin from mattress and other stains?

I have not tried it on a mattress, but presumably if it is a surface stain, it would help. It may not work as well on a deep or soaking stain. Have you tried a carpet cleaner that has a suction feature like those you can rent from Walmart?

will it work on a sea grass / jute rug?

YESSSS!! I used it on my natural jute rug for dog pee and poo and it worked!!!

can this be used on a mattress?

I am sure it can. It is a great cleaner and I use it on just about everything.

Will Spot shot kill mold?

It doesn’t appear to have any anti fungal or mold properties. For carpeting and other cloth materials, another product would be needed.
