Need good slicing skills to enjoy it's full potential
I have always bought ready-sliced packs in the past, but decided to try this 1 kg chunk (also ordered a decent carving knife at the same time). It was quite daunting to start with, and did take me very many tries (over a week or so) to have a good hang of slicing thinly in good size, but I think I am very happy now that I will buy 1 kg joint from now on. I find the process very calming and satisfying. The ham has a very nice amount of fat, which you need with this type of ham.

Ham in poor condition
The ham is bad and smells very strange. It's definitely in poor condition.

Tasty and reasonable value
So much easier to slice than on the bone. The ham was tasty and not too much or too little fat. Could have been better dressed / trimmed, hence 4 stars.

Fantastic!
Great service and a lovely product! This was a gift for my ham loving dad and it didn't disappoint. Full of flavour, well packaged and great service. My only negative would be that I didnt order a bigger piece. Thanks guys! Will definitely be ordering again

Can be much better for the price
From Spain previously I have try this ham ,it was much better, this one is to salty and with different test. Wouldn't bay again from hear Sorry!

A lovely flavour
Ham arrived on time and sealed in plastic.Opened and cut thin slices with sharp Serrano ham knife .It is delicious eaten with good olive oil served along side of ham and some ripe fresh figs and mandatory glass of wine.So good have ordered two more!

Mild flavour
Perfectly edible, but difficult to tell where the ham originated from. It could have easily been French or German.

Ce jambon est excellent, fondant et délicieux! En plus, il est désossé donc facile à découper Le goût est savoureux, le vrai jambon ibérique traditionnel, les enfants se sont régalé: je le recommande !

Ein Schinken der Spitzenklasse. Eine Explosion am Gaumen. ( und nein , ich arbeite nicht bei der Firma.) Das wird sicher nicht mein letzter Kauf sein. Danke für das tolle Produkt. So, dass wars. Ich muss weiteressen;-)
