Lasts forever
Pretty straightforward doorbell with the added bonus that you never have to install batteries in the thingamabob that you press to make the doorbell go off.It comes with two bells, which is pretty cool, especially if you need a doorbell in another area away from the main house or bedroom or whatever, like in the garage, the shed, backyard, etc etc and etc.It has a plethora of different ring tones, which seems cool at first, then you realize if you pass the one you like, you have to either circle around to the end and start over or unplug and plug back in to start over to find the right chime. Then, when you install the second bell, you not only have to remember which one you picked for the first bell, but then go through the same hunting technique to find it. I don’t think the bell remembers your choice when you unplug it, so you can forget that idea.Though the pressing thingamabob doesn’t ever require batteries, the bells do, and they are a bit bulky when compared to the tiny outlet in the wall from which it must protrude.Overall though, the very idea that I never have to change the battery of the thingamabob is five stars so long as it works, and it does. So that’s that.

Great technology, easy to install
OK, there is lots to like here; no batteries, no wires, and super easy to install. I also like that it came with 2 bells, so we have one in our living room, and another back in the bedroom. Thus you can hear the bell sound though out the house. It comes with a bunch of different chimes, but we just settled on the basic one. My only disappointment is the style. We have an older home and this one (and most everything else on the market) is very contemporary. I wish they would come out with more traditional looking styles. I wish the manufacturers would realize that many...many people don't want everything in their house to look like an Apple product.

Loud but not real loud
This doorbell is interesting. It claims the doorbell button runs off piezo-electric, which is does...sometimes.While the receiver is moderately loud - a necessity since I have hearing impaired family members, I have had to place the receiver in the kitchen near enough to the door to hear the bell from outside. If not, then it is not clear to the visitor if the bell works or not. Generally the first push does not seem to activate the unit. if one cannot hear the receiver (set on the loudest level allowed). then the unit is not that useful. Suggest adding a small buzzer/led to the actuator that only works if the unit fully activates as feedback for the visitor.

Excellent battery-free doorbell
Fantastic battery-free doorbell. The transmitters are somewhat directional, so you should try other orientations if you don't get good range at first. I bought 2 sets with a transmitter at the front gate and one at the front door. One receiver is inside the house and the other is outside under a covered patio. Both transmitters paired with both receivers. There is only one sound played on each receiver no matter how many transmitters are paired. It would be great if each transmitter had its own sound, but I'd need 2 more receivers for that. Fantastic as it is.

Good range, works great
I've had these for a few months and I've been happy with them. They have a really good range, the battery-free button works well, and the volume adjustment is useful. The large collection of sounds is pretty ridiculous, like scrolling through ringtones on a phone from 2004, but they include a lot of Christmas songs which is nice for the holidays

Good Little door alarm
We needed a simple alarm for our guage door. Closed up for the AC, it is difficlut to hear a returning mission into the world. Carring help is offen needed for bags and boxes and there is a desire to quickly get out of the heat. This unit does that for us. It installs quickly with double sided tape. The sounder simply plugs in to anoutlet and you are in business. I found the volume control on the flaky side but was happy with the default volume and bing bong alert.

Easy to install and no batteries required
We live in a high-rise condo without doorbells. So there is no wiring installed. We are allowed stick-on buttons by the front door, but no permanent mounting like screws. This wireless doorbell meets our needs. We have one plugin bell in the kitchen and a second near the master bedroom. When the front door button is pressed, both bells play a preselected tune or tone. Lots of choices of bell tunes, some classic, some fun, some seasonal. Volume and tune choice independent for each bell.

Useless item with chinese plug
It comes with a chinese plug. Absolutely useless in the UK I don't know why the seller doesn't mention it. Don't sell items which doesn't help in the UK. Bad money brings bad luck.

Button gets stuck when you press it down.
I am returning this model. The plug is not compatible with a UK plug socket. When you press the button down it gets stuck.

Looks like a keeper!
I bought this unit for a rental property in the highlands of southern Mexico. I wanted a model that had at least two AC powered receivers - one for the main floor and the other for an upper level suite and exterior deck. The transmitter needed sufficient strength to reach the house from the property perimeter wall and penetrate the walls and floors of reinforced concrete. I also wanted a kinetic transmitter so that I wouldn't have to track down odd battery types difficult to find there. The unit performs extremely well under all of these conditions and including the five month rainy season. The sound is crystal clear and the four volume levels permit a tonal range from quiet to very loud (a single receiver is sufficient for each level). There are a wide range of traditional chime-like ring-tones and more musical numbers, but you're likely to stick with the former, given that power failures and/or unplugging the receivers will restore the manufacturers default settings. The two receivers can be easily paired, and the pairing is not affected by the power loss reset. The only weaknesses are 1) the microscopically small instructions that are less than perfectly clear in language (but you'll get it anyway), and 2) the lack of a secure method of fastening the transmitter (only two-sided tape). You'll want to add some brackets or a cage to prevent accidental or malicious detachment.

Not much range at all
This door bell is a good idea but the range for receivers is so bad that it will not work more than 20 feet away from door bell push button. You have 2 receivers so i thought put one by the front door and one in my back lounge which is about 50 feet away from front door. The one close to the front door is very good but the one 50 feet away does not work.swoop the receivers around and same thing the on by front door works and the one in back lounge does not. That tells me the receivers are both working but the built in WiFi is very weak.the box say a range of 100 Metres.Good luck with that ever happening.NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.What i would like is half my money back because i can only use one receiver '
