Received these in the mail, today, and of course they work well; however, they looked generic and weren't the same as the blue HiDow ones you get when you buy the HiDow TENS machine.

Limited time use
Initially loved my my hi-dow pain relief unit, that's why I ordered the pads. Discovered after extended use that you can actually burn your skin. You have to keep it to less than 15-20 minutes per period, and don't repeat for a few hours. Turns out I am allergic to the gel, too... no idea what to do now.
