Great Purchase
I would highly recommend this pan. Nothing sticks at all. I purchased four different sizes and they all are great.

Got a different pan than I ordered, but it's still a good pan for the price
My family has gotten this pan twice before and used them almost daily. Both were great, the first one lasted 3 or 4 years before the coating started to wear, and the second one is a year old and looks as good as new still, so I ordered another for myself. Instead of a frying pan though, I got a deeper pan that looks like its half wok, half frying pan. It also came with a lid, so i think I got the wrong thing. I'm still saying 4 stars though, because the pan I got works great. Fingers crossed that when i need a new one in 4 years, I get the right pan on my next order!

A great non stick pan, lasted past three years
My father introduced this pan to me; granted, it had already been through cooking hell, but it was the first pan I had ever used to cook anything for myself, and it is an amazing pan.It starts to degrade if you don't take care of it properly, as was the case with the first pan. Eventually, as new company moved in and they roughhoused with the pan, it lost its nonstick properties, because they basically went against all of what the instructions say to care for the pan. So I ended up buying a new one for myself andI didn't expect it to be THIS amazing. There's literally nothing sticking, neither during cooking nor during cleaning. I'll be the only one using it, and thus the only one who knows how to respect the instructions and keep this thing nonsticky for years to come. I'm so glad this was my first pan.Edit: Nearly two years later and I just made a batch of scrambled eggs. Anyone knows how hard it is to get that crap off of your pan. Works great!Edit: As of 2021/11/21, I've decided to retire the pan. It's sticking too much for me to clean easily. It has lasted past three years (that's how long the instructions say it will last). I attached pictures of the brand new one (has a slightly different design) and the one being retired on the right. The new design seems to have less white flecks and a grittier texture on the outside than the old design. New handle is a tiny bit thicker than the old one.

It's hard to find a better frying pan.
I love this cookware!A little personal history: when I was a child, my mother bought the top-line T-FAL cookware, the ones with the ultra-hard, scratch-proof coating that you can't seem to find anywhere anymore. Cooking as a child/teenager, I really abused those pans. After I moved away, I searched for pans with a coating like that, but never could find any. Modern "non-stick" coatings are neither non-stick, nor are they any sort of durable - the slightest scratch renders them useless (and sometimes unsafe!).The bead-blast finish that Starfrit uses is excellent! It's steel, so it is quite resistant to scratching, warping, etc. It also means there's no coating to accidentally scrape or sublimate into your food. The uneven surface makes it difficult (though not impossible) for food to stick. A small dash of cooking oil or spray solves any minor sticking that may occur, making cooking (and cleanup) a breeze. These pans are also dishwasher safe. This was not my first purchase; however, these were not for me. After purchasing this exact set at another retailer, I wanted to give a set to a friend, so I found them here on Amazon.

Very Slick
I have used many different pans and use butter so whatever I’m cooking doesn’t stick. Whatever I’m cooking still sticks. With these pans, I have a hard time flipping eggs with a spatula because the eggs just slide when I try to scoop them to flip. I highly recommend these.

So far pretty good, but company might be selling their defective products
Used it for the first time this morning, cooking scrambled eggs (my primary reason for buying it, because I got tired of scraping it out every day). Followed the instructions and there was absolutely no sticking. 100% of the eggs came out on the plate. The instructions: do not pre-heat the pan; put 1 teaspoon of cooking oil in first, put food in, then turn on heat; use low or medium-low heat; wait for the pan to cool before washing (or use hot water).Problems:1. Pan is slightly out-of-round. There's a 1/8" difference between one dimension and the other. My guess is someone dropped it on a hard surface.2. While the pan is non-stick the two big rivets aren't. That required more effort to clean than the entire rest of the pan. Not a huge deal, but disappointing.3. This is the second time I had this pan shipped from Amazon. The first one had a chunk of plastic broken out of the handle. This, along with #1 above, makes me wonder if the company is selling off their defects on Amazon, where customers buy them sight-unseen.I've only used it once so this is more of a "first impressions" review rather than long term. Might update review in a year or two.
