HUM Uber Energy Adaptogen & B Vitamin Supplement, 60 Count

I was tired all the time, day after day. I decided to give it a try. The first day I had stomach ache and no energy. Second day I took 2 pills as described on the bottle. I had EXTREME energy. No Joke! I felt like I could run a marathon. Downside of that is that the energy interrupted my sleep. I had to force myself to sleep and kept waking up during the night. The next day was extremely surprising to me, because I woke up without my alarm and didn’t struggle to get out of bed. I was able to sleep only 3 hours and woke up with energy. I decided to take one pill instead of 2. I was able to continue my day with energy but not extreme like the previous day. Towards the night I felt feeling tired and that’s great, because I need to sleep. My conclusion is that the pill works and I love that I am not tired as I was before. I no longer need coffee or energy drink. Is such an awesome pill. I will continue to take one pill a day.

So I didn’t realize how well this would work for me. The first day I took it, I didn’t really feel a whole lot of it’s effects. The next day however, I was ready to go running (I never go running). I had so much energy at work, I was kinda bouncing off the walls. This was taking the recommended dose also. The only problem I really had was this lasted all night and I had trouble going to sleep. The next day when I had to wake up at 4am though, I was ready to go. I did take a day off from taking them but the next day I did start back but I only had taken 1 pill. So far I have a more calm energy but if you really need a pick me up, this will do it.

Update: it’s 7/2025 & I’m still faithfully taking my Hum vitamins!! Every night Omega & Collegen, Uber Energy when I’m dragging, Big Chill when life is a bit much, & Moody Bird when it’s that time & I have zero frustration tolerance🙌🏻 let me not forget Flatter Me!! I have yet to find vitamins that meet the quality & price of Hum!! I brag about these to anyone that’ll listen!! I changed my diet gave up beef/pork/everything pre-packaged, take my vitamins daily.. & no more abnormal blood test results, zero inflammation, & every one of my cholesterol counts are perfectly in range.. I’m very thankful for where I am today🙌🏻 Edit: so I’m running low on just this one vitamin, I came back to Amazon to order & you’ve raised the price so I will patiently wait for my Hum order to arrive. Hum Vitamins are hands down the greatest vitamins on Earth!! I buy them through Hum to get the discount if for some unforeseen reason I run out I turn to Amazon which is always there when I need them most! Uber Energy was a game changer for me, I absolutely love it & couldn’t imagine my life without it!! I have my husband & daughters takin Hum vitamins. I use Daily Cleanse, Flatter Me, OMG, Big Chill when life gets a bit too overwhelming, Collagen Love, & lets not forget Moody Bird which absolutely works.. although buyer beware it increases fertility!!! Just saying it balances the hormones a little too well!! I could go on & on... but please try them for yourself!! They’re marketed for beauty but I take them because of the quality of their ingredients, I’m more concerned with how I feel... these vitamins changed my life in so many ways!!! P.S. I use Raw One whole food multi vitamin... with my Hum vitamins... I’m 38 & I feel so amazing, better than I have in a very very long time, physically.. mentally... emotionally!!! Disclaimer- always check with your physician before adding vitamins, minerals & herbal supplements to your daily routine, especially if you take prescription medications. I understand that not everyone will have the same results... I have been taking them for 2 years now & wouldn’t dare stop.. I was diagnosed with Lupus & suffered for so long before finding these vitamins & changing my diet.

* update: I do not recommend this product. I am on the fence with this product, I bought it hoping to see a huge difference. I have a bit more energy and focus but nothing to brag about. I am not sure I will buy it again.

Ok I like these but I would not say they give me energy. They actually have seemed to help calm me and give less anxiety but I would not compare this to a cup of coffee or anything like that.

This supplement had the opposite effect on me, as it did with others who have also said the same in their reviews. It made me so lethargic and sluggish I could barely get off the couch. I was having some trouble with fatigue, but this supplement made it so much worse. I literally could not function. Do not recommend.

I absolutely love HUM Uber Energy Support Supplements. They give me energy to get through every day. And when it’s bed time I don’t have a problem going to sleep.

Somewhat of energy but wore off right away(hour or two), I think this product made me tired than what I already was, I just wanted some extra energy to make through work and school but this was not the answer. I have a go to product that’s the same price, I just wanted to try something new and more on the natural side but will continue my purchase at GNC instead.
