The item was faulty and broke very quickly
Internal plastic cylinder which is supposed to support the foam roller snapped and broke into 4 pieces after about 1 or 2 uses, totally useless. I weigh 71kgs so very light, the foam roller is totally useless

Definitely helps with the aches.
I decided that 2021 was the year I was finally going to get fit and I started walking long distances, running and weight training... leaving me in agony and this has really helped.Everything appears to be good quality and does what it’s supposed to. The large foam roller does hurt when using but I’m sure that’s part of the charm, and I do feel better after using it.Haven’t used the resistance band as of yet so can’t comment on that.All in all seems to be a great little kit and does exactly what I needed it to do.
