Very happy. It just works!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this welder and a 125CF tank of argon/co2 mix from primeweld (a fully filled tank also purchased on amazon and shipped to my door via FedEx). Huge upgrade from an older harbor freight flux core mig. Grab a spool of .030 or .035 solid mig wire and you are all set. Extremely beginner friendly. My favorite feature is the fan actually shuts off when it's not needed. Peace and quiet.Separately, I am less interested in the tig or stick welder attachments, but it includes them. This would not be a good first tig welder, it's more like a dog walking on its hind legs if you use it for that. It's a wonderful mig machine with a spool feeder that actually feeds smoothly and the electrode that actually shuts off when you release the trigger (the Hazard Freight version remains live at all times, and reminds you of that with a bright blinding pop if it mistakenly touches undercarriage etc).It is very easy to switch the electrode polarity if using flux core mig wire. The instructions are very good. Read them. The other killer feature is 120v or 240v option. It includes the adapter cord. So it you are doing anything quarter inch or thinner, drag out an extension cord and you can weld wherever you want. This is less of a stand out feature and more of a general expectation anymore it seems, but 120v was a must have for me, or especially if you rent.Just buy it, wait the extra 2 or 3 days and skip the big box store version. This thing is all you need for around the house/farm/shop, or even back of the van (it's fairly compact and has a good stout handle). The one thing i could nitpick is the integrated gas/mig connection. Maybe they are all designed like this, but I would greatly prefer if it was a much smaller connector that stuck out less, or if the gas hose connection was a separate connector. I don't want to risk tearing up the o rings to disconnect it when not in use. It would store a little neater without it sticking out.

Nice Welder
Great little welder. You do not waste wire by removing mig pigtail to use stick welder like some. Will run on 20 amp breaker.

Love This Welder
I bought this unit because all I had was a Lincoln Buzzbox. This welder is very easy to set up with good directions. It uses all standard parts so I am able to go to my local welding shop or get stuff off Amazon. The build quality is great and it works so well in all modes. I have run it through MIG, TIG, and stick welding with absolutely no issues. I have used both 2 pound and 12 pound MIG spools in it with both gas and flux core wire. It is also amazing how small the welder is with so many features. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I am looking at getting the AC/DC TIG welder next by Weldpro. This is an amazing multiprocess welder that will not break the bank, is durable, and has many of the features of the high end welders.

Great machine.....but-
This welder is a wonderful machine for the money. I have been able to use it on a variety of metals in all positions. As far as if it is beginner friendly..... not so convinced of that. Look, the TIG part is not going to be easy for anyone who does not already know how to TIG or has no welding experience. That said, I found it pretty easy to dial in with a little practice to get used to the machine (I was a welder and CWI for many years, so I do have an advantage). If you are going to Flux Core, yup this machine hums - very easy to set up and very easy to use.Stick is stick - again, easyHaven't tried MIG yet as I do not have an extra bottle for the proper gas.Unfortunately, the gauge included for my Argon tank is junk. It stopped showing the bottle pressure before my first small tank was empty. Kind of hard to predict when I will need another bottle and since I live 1/2 hour away from the nearest gas supplier I am going to have to replace a brand new item. Not happy with that.

Great Welder
Worked best with 220 but using 110v was amazingly good. Don’t have gas yet but it welded flux core wire with amazing ease.

Many new welders out there. This one is the best!! Not only for the price.
I did my research before buying this amazing new welder and found that it had all of the features that are now expected of the new Multiprocessor welders but it does it all a little better and gives the operator a lot of choices with no confusion. It is easier to use as the welding parameters are clearly defined and 10% above or below those selections are easy to access. This is true for selection of Volts and induction. This makes MIG welding easy and beautifully done on the first try. All of the accessories MIG gun, ground clamp, TIG gun, Flow meter and Spool gun are of excellent quality. Yes you might quibble because we all have personal preferences but Weldpro has put together a quality package at a rock bottom price. There is no one on the market that offers this quality at this price. I am sure that this price has to go up in the near future so get on it now. I have worked with many of the name welding units over the years Miller, Lincolin etc.... Great machines but really out of my price range. Weldpro lays down a bead that is just as good using mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, using MIG, TIG, Arch, or Spoolgun. I bought this machine because I felt it was time to set up my own shop for fabrication and I wanted an all around welder that could handle many different demands that specialty welding calls for. I also needed dependability at a price that was within my budget. I have had the machine three weeks and it has already paid for itself because I could afford all of the accessories at once. I work it 3 to 4 hours a day and it has never hit its duty cycle. It is the easiest welder I have ever set up. The drive roller is aluminum cast and all metal parts and it is user friendly putting in the spool either 10 inch or the smaller 2 pound spool. The external connectors are the large dinse connectors, easy in just a twist. Additionally choice of Plus or Minus power to the gun is done externally by way of an exterior dongle again using a simple dinse connector. All information is put in through a user friendly menu system with digital display for volts and wire speed or amps depending MIG, TiG, or ARCH function. There is also a built in switch for the Spoolgun when using aluminum. By the way the spoolgun which Weldpro offers is the same gun used by Eastwood welders at 2/3 of the price, nice bargain. One last comment, this welder is also a dual power input using either 110V or 230V, which makes it easy to use anywhere and weighs only about 30 lbs. I could go on and on about this product but check out the specs for yourself and compare. I have and I made my choice Weldpro MIG200GDsv. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have.
