Unfortunately it's far too large for purpose. Ordered 2 valet trays, 1 Ted Baker at a similar price, which is a regular sized valet tray for a normal sized human 's house. This, however, arrived in a massive box, which made a lot more sense when I opened it as it was 3 or 4 times the size of the other one....in this case, size really does matter! I can only presume its for the coffee table or dresser of the giant at the top of Jack's beanstalk!I'm surprised none of the other reviews mention the size, but perhaps they too are giants lol.It does come packaged in a nice big velvety gift bag, which you may want to live in after you've taken the valet tray out! (If you're not a giant obvs)A little TOO much value for money for my liking, but if you think bigger is best this may be for you.

Hubs puts things down and loses them - now he has somewhere to put them where they won't get lost! It looks smart on the sideboard as well.

The product was well constructed and looked good, it served its purpose, although for me it was too big for the shelf that I wanted to put it on
