It says you have to dilute this in the description but it says it's fizzy on the bottle - which one's right? Never heard of diluting fizzy drinks.

No you don't need to dilute it. It is a fizzy drink. It is very very sweet though. I like normal vimto but poured this down the sink. Re-mix on the label just means a different set of flavours.
