## Features

- Gourmet, Health-Conscious Cooking: Our Grassfed Ghee can take your culinary adventures to new heights – enjoy healthier fat with a higher smoke point than butter or oil (485 degrees!) that won’t break your Paleo, Keto, Whole 30 or 21 Day Detox regimen
- Lactose Free & Casein Free: We are very proud of our patent-pending triple filtration process that allows our ghee to be lab-tested casein and lactose free, meaning it is safe for those with dairy sensitivities
- Craft Meets Heritage: At Tin Star, we make our Grassfed Ghee in small batches in an open-top kettle – the old fashioned way – based on our traditional Indian recipe; you’ll naturally find liquid ghee, creamy or grainy textures in every handcrafted jar
- Old World, New Conscience: We source the butter for our artisanal grassfed ghee from a biodynamic dairy in New Zealand, which works directly with the indigenous farmers who care for the cattle and the land as their ancestors have done for centuries
- About Tin Star Foods: Female & minority-owned in the heart of Texas, Tin Star is dedicated to creating honest, high quality foods that are true to the craft and heritage of our ancestors

I don’t write reviews or feed back, but I couldn’t stop my self from writing a review for this. This is pure Desi ghee. I am a Punjabi and I grew up eating Desi ghee. I can easily tell if it’s pure or not. I am going to order more today.
