This is a great mug with regards to how it's made. It also keeps whatever you are drinking very hot, and even retains heat longer than a regular mug with the lid off.However, I bought it because the capacity is 16 oz. That is false. It is a little less then 16 ounces when filled to the very brim. I don't know about other but drinking capacity for a mug should be the water level at the top of the handle, not the maximum capacity of the glass. At the handle level it's about 12 ounces. I wanted to use the specific size to help me keep track of water intake. And this can't help like I wanted.

After a month of using it only on Saturday mornings, my favorite mug started leaking water into the double walls. Now there’s water in the walls of my mug, can’t drain it out it just keeps accumulating. Wish I could get ahold of the company.. was absolutely my favorite weekend mug for slow moving Saturday mornings!!

As you can see in the pictures, my beautiful mug is defective for no reason. A hole opened up at the bottom of the cup, making the water go into it with soup when it is washing. That is so frustrating because that water inside gets so tricky to leaking out again.

The lip of the cup broke just after 3 months of using it every day. What a pity, I really loved the cup!Will customer service please let me know how to get a replacement?Thanks!

Lovely insulated cup. I’ve had other double walled glass cups but I particularly enjoy the handle on this one. The packaging was very good as well. I will be buying more as gifts.

I've purchased two of these because they are sturdy, the cup remains cool to the touch, it keeps my tea hot and the lid protects my drink from germs.

Purchase for mom and she loves it
