Good quality coaching tool to aid player development

Fantastic medicine ball for working out at home. I bought the 3kg and the 10kg balls. I was used to a medicine ball that bounced but these do not which is far better as you get a much better workout. The 3kg ball feels a bit empty as you can feel the contents (guessing sand in a bag) but this doesn't effect the use of it and actually probably enhances it as it provides a bit of instability. The 10kg feel much more full. This is one of my favourite pieces of equipment. Will be definitely be investing in heavier versions. Definatley recommend

I bought the 12kg slam ball and I'm really happy with it. An awesome addition to my workout for sure - really recommend, particularly for those into functional training or those with minimal space right now. Pop a towel on the ground and it barely makes much noise at all. Great product.

This is a decent product and was delivered earlier than expected. Not the cheapest but the ball is good quality and excellent for combined strength / cardio workouts.

Looks good and feels ok, a little softer than I’d like.I really don’t like the shift in weight as it moves inside. I prefer an even weight balance when moving the ball rather than a sudden shift. Just my preference. If the weight shift was addressed this would be a 5⭐️ ball

I wanted a slam ball for home workouts when I can’t get to the gym.I bought a 7kg one and it’s perfect. Exactly like the one I use at the commercial gym.It does exactly what I need it to do.It’s good quality and it doesn’t move from where I’ve slammed it.I would recommend this slam ball.

Creo que este peso es el adecuado para muchos ejercicios, al menos para personas no muy fit como yo. Suficiente peso para que cueste moverlo pero no tanto como para hacerse daño. No tengo ninguna queja.

Era lo que necesitaba para añadir variedad a mis entrenos, y me ha costado la mitad que en otros sitios. Se sujeta bien , no resbala y no hace ruido al soltarlo ( está un poco deshinchado, pero va bien para sujetarlo y para que no rebote)
